Communication Manager

Purpose

This role defines and delivers the entitys internal and external communication strategy by supporting Business needs and objectives.

Key Missions

• Defines the internal and external communication strategy supporting Business needs and objectives
• Drives and monitors the external communication plan: prepares, manages, and validates external communication tools (brochures, videos, PR, trade shows, digital content ) in coordination with relevant stakeholders
• Manages the communication stream in case of crisis management
• Delivers the internal communication plan, by developing content, tools, and events designed to maximize employee engagement
• Acts as a communication advisor to the entity head
• Contributes to transversal communication projects
• Manages communication budget
• Manages external vendors and agencies partners
• May manage a team
• Delivers parts of the entitys internal and external communication plan, with some guidance
