A rapidly scaling D2C fashion-tech brand operating across India, we blend bold aesthetics with purpose-driven storytelling to build cult-like customer loyalty. Our Communication Manager will shape the brand s voice across digital, social, and experiential channels - turning product launches, customer moments, and cultural narratives into shareable, scalable content that drives engagement and conversion.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of integrated communication campaigns across owned, earned, and paid media.
• Develop brand messaging frameworks, content calendars, and crisis comms protocols aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Growth teams to turn product features, sustainability stories, and customer testimonials into compelling narratives.
• Manage external agencies and influencers to amplify brand reach, ensuring tone, visuals, and KPIs are on-brand.
• Track campaign performance via UTM, engagement metrics, and sentiment analysis; optimize content strategy based on data.
• Act as brand guardian - audit all external comms for voice consistency, inclusivity, and market relevance.
