Job Description:
He is responsible for leading strategic internal and external communication for the CIO Office, ensuring consistent positioning, alignment and engagement across the global IT organization and key business stakeholders, while supporting the CIO in operational and strategic communication initiatives, including the IT Strategy initiative .

Activities include:

• Defining and executing a Global CIO-led communication strategy, translating IT priorities, strategy and transformation initiatives into clear and compelling messaging
• Designing and managing internal communication channels and formats such as intranet, newsletters, townhalls and campaigns in text and video
• Driving employee engagement and change communication, ensuring understanding and adoption of IT initiatives
• Supporting and aligning external IT communication in close collaboration with Corporate Communications
• Supporting and facilitating leadership workshops, global IT events and townhalls (based in India)
• Leading selected strategic communication initiatives and transformation topics
• Ensuring consistent messaging, branding and narrative governance across all IT communication touchpoints
• Coordinating stakeholder alignment across all management levels
• Supporting prioritization of incoming topics and advising on communication impact and positioning
