Communication and Fulfillment Associate

Role & responsibilities

• Manage order processing and fulfillment operations.
• Handle buying and listing of inventory .
• Manage deliveries and coordinate shipping logistics (all Digital)
• Utilize various computer applications and web platforms
• Prioritize tasks efficiently and meet deadlines

Preferred candidate profile

• Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday and Sunday shifts may be required)
• Must be proficient with Windows operating systems
• Must be computer literate with intermediate knowledge of web browsers and common applications
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal (phone) and written (email)
• Flexible with rotating shifts (day, evening, and night shifts will be scheduled based on business needs)
