Commodity Dealer

Role & responsibilities

• Execute commodity trades across MCX/NCDEX accurately and efficiently.
• Handle client calls, order placement, confirmations, and trade-related queries.
• Monitor commodity markets, price movements, global cues, and market news.
• Track client positions, margins, MTM and exposure.
• Provide timely market updates and trading-related information to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and reactivate inactive clients.
• Coordinate with Research, RMS and Operations teams for smooth trade execution and settlement.
• Maintain daily dealing records, MIS and transaction reports.
• Ensure adherence to SEBI, exchange and company compliance guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PG preferred.
• 2 - 7 years of experience in Commodity/Equity Broking or Dealing.
• Strong knowledge of MCX/NCDEX and commodity derivatives.
• Knowledge of Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Natural Gas and Base Metals.
• Good communication, analytical and client-handling skills.
• NISM Series XVI Commodity Derivatives certification preferred/mandatory as per role requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
