Commission Manager - Banking Operations

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily banking operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to accounting procedures.

Job Requirements :

• 4-12 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger systems and bank reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; advanced degree preferred.
