Assist in daily food preparation and mise en place

Follow recipes and portion standards accurately

Prepare ingredients (cutting, chopping, marinating, basic cooking)

Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment

Follow hygiene and food safety standards (FSSAI/HACCP)

Ensure proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO method)

Assist seniors during service hours

Report maintenance or stock issues to immediate supervisor
