Commis II - F&B Production

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II to join our FB Production team at Mayfair Hotels and Resorts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist the Chef de Partie in planning and preparing menus for special events and functions.


• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.


• Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in food preparation and service.


• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production and service.


• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.


• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in food production, preferably in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and menu planning.


• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.


• Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
