About this role
Role & responsibilities
Assist with basic prep work washing, cutting, peeling, portioning ingredients
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area, tools, and equipment
Follow instructions from Commis 1/CDP/DCDP for daily tasks
Support stock unloading, storage, and organization
Adhere to hygiene and food safety guidelines at all times
Assist senior kitchen staff during service hours
Preferred candidate profile
Basic culinary training/certificate preferred
1 - 2 years of experience
Willingness to learn and grow within the kitchen team
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
