Commis 2

We are looking for a Commis II for our hotel kitchen at our sister
property Chatea Garli. Your main work will be daily kitchen preparation, cooking food as per recipe, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, proper food storage, and assisting senior chefs for smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in daily mise-en-place and food preparation as per standard recipes and kitchen SOPs.

Ensure food quality, portion control, taste and presentation as per standards.

Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation as per FSSAI and HACCP guidelines.

Ensure proper storage, labelling and stock rotation of raw materials and prepared food.

Assist in inventory, indenting and minimizing wastage.

Coordinate with service team for timely food delivery and guest feedback handling.

Follow all safety and security procedures of the hotel.
