Commis 2 / Pizza Chef

We are looking for a skilled Commis 2 / Pizza Chef with 3-4 years of experience in Italian Cuisine, Pizza Preparation, and Kitchen Operations. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Food Hygiene and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position is based in Salt Lake, West Bengal.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare high-quality pizzas and other Italian dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
• Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Develop new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience as a Commis 2 / Pizza Chef with a strong background in Italian Cuisine and Pizza Preparation.
• Excellent knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service.
• Familiarity with food hygiene practices and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
