About this role
Role & responsibilities
Carry out food preparation and cooking tasks as instructed by CDP/DCDP
Maintain mise-en-place for the assigned section
Follow standard recipes and portioning guidelines
Maintain cleanliness of workstation and kitchen equipment
Assist in receiving and storing stock as per hygiene norms
Support senior chefs during peak service hours
Preferred candidate profile
Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts preferred, freshers with relevant training may apply
Minimum 2 -3 years of experience in a similar role
Basic understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety
Willingness to learn and work under supervision
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
