Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present a wide variety of pastries, cakes, desserts, breads, and baked products.
• Assist in daily pastry kitchen production while maintaining high quality and consistency.
• Ensure proper food preparation, storage, and hygiene practices in accordance with resort standards.
• Decorate and finish desserts with attractive presentation and attention to detail.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the pastry kitchen at all times.
• Support the pastry team in buffet service, la carte orders, and special event preparations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as a Commi I Pastry or in a similar pastry role.
• Experience in hotels, luxury resorts, bakeries, or professional pastry kitchens is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of pastry, bakery, dessert, and bread preparation techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
