Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Vehicle Loan role based in Bharuch. The role involves sourcing and evaluating commercial vehicle loan prospects, meeting potential customers, and explaining loan products, terms, and eligibility criteria. Responsibilities include processing loan applications, verifying documentation, coordinating with internal credit and operations teams, and ensuring timely disbursal of loans. The role also requires managing existing customer relationships, addressing service queries, and supporting collections and repayment follow-ups as needed. Team members are expected to work closely with dealers, local partners, and branch staff to achieve sales and portfolio quality targets while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term client relationships.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify prospects, pitch loan products, and achieve commercial vehicle loan targets.
• Candidates should possess Purchasing and negotiation-related skills to understand vehicle acquisition processes and collaborate with dealers.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills to monitor loan accounts, track repayments, and support portfolio health.
• Relevant experience in vehicle finance, retail lending, or financial services, preferably in rural or semi-urban markets, is beneficial.
• Working knowledge of basic financial concepts, documentation processes, and regulatory norms is preferred.
• Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor's degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on-site in Bharuch, with familiarity with the local market and willingness to travel locally as required.
