Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute trade promotion strategies to drive sales growth, increase market share, and enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective pricing strategies that balance business objectives with customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and internal data to inform trade promotion decisions and optimize ROI.
- Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to identify opportunities for growth and resolve issues.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in TPM (Trade Promotion Management).
- Strong understanding of pricing strategy development and implementation.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through innovative promotional campaigns.
