Key Responsibilities

• Convert leads into sales through calls, digital platforms, referrals, and walk-ins.
• Contact prospective customers of team and understand their property requirements.
• Schedule and conduct site visits for residential and commercial projects.
• Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
• Follow up regularly with prospects genearted through team to convert inquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
• 3-8 years of experience in real estate sales.
