Commercial Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day commercial activities and customer coordination.
• Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely follow-up for collection.
• Visit customers at different locations as required for payment follow-ups and commercial matters.
• Coordinate with customer accounts and finance departments for payment processing.
• Maintain records of outstanding receivables, invoices, and payment status.
• Follow up on pending bills, documentation, and payment-related discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on outstanding payments, collections, and follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with the internal accounts and sales teams to resolve commercial issues.
• Undertake regular domestic travel as required for business-related activities.
