• Advances, Rollovers, Payments & Conversions
• Reconciliation & Exception Management
• Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Quality Control & Risk Management
• Process Improvement & Automation Initiatives
• Drive Operational Excellence and Client Satisfaction

These activities are aligned with Commercial Lending servicing, loan maintenance, reconciliation, quality control, and client support operations described in internal lending operations role definitions.

Analyst

• 1-3 years of experience
• BFSI, Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, Loan Servicing, Back Office Operations
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Senior Analyst

• 3-6 years of experience
• Commercial Lending / Loan Operations experience preferred
• Strong understanding of controls, reconciliations, and client servicing
• Ability to mentor and support team member.
