Lead Commercial- renewals You will be responsible to Drive strategic renewals program, for the company to drive predictability in business. You will be expected to timely drive contract renewals, extensive data gathering, and driving insights to enable critical business decisions. You will be dealing with structured and unstructured data, where you should be able to provide sharper insights, cutting through the noise, and be able to drive deeper sense. Given this is a strategic initiative and cuts across multiple teams and stakeholders, this will require extensive co-ordination with multiple teams – front-end sales teams, vertical FP&A teams, Pricing teams, corporate reporting teams, salesforce CRM tool team, and contract management team.
Responsibilities
- Drive business predictability by staying connected with the business and getting real time insights into business progress and risks.
- Build business visibility into performance of the renewals portfolio across critical metrics
- Own reporting for renewals at various leadership levels – Board, GLC, vertical heads, vertical COOs and sales leadership.
- Enable and support the leaders to drive business outcomes by providing them timely insights
- Support performance management for the executive management and sales team. This includes setting annual targets for the organization (focused around the program) and measuring attainment for the quarter / year.
- Drive reporting transformation by simplifying and standardizing the reporting process.
- Understand the complexities that make the data gathering a challenge and work with the ecosystem to explore ways to simplify the same.
- Develop a strategy for transforming manual reports and automate them. Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations.
- Support in designing and running other data led projects that help build insights that lead to ‘critical to business’ decisions.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum qualifications
- Graduate (preferably Finance and/ or analytics);
- Masters qualification would be an advantage
- Expert in Reporting and Analytics with relevant experience in Reporting/ Analytics role
- Proficient if MS Excel and MS Power Point
Additional skills required
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Problem solving ability
- Collaboration skills
- Prior experience in excel macros and Power-BI environment
