About this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AOP, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L variance analysis.
- Manage trade spends, schemes, discounts, distributor margins, and commercial controls.
- Drive pricing strategies for B2B and B2C channels and improve product profitability.
- Handle sales accounting, revenue analysis, credit control, and trade receivables.
- Prepare product costing for new product launches (NPD).
- Develop MIS reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Manufacturing teams.
Qualification & Experience:
- CA - in Finance from a reputed institute.
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Commercial Finance / FP&A within FMCG or Food & Beverage.
- Strong knowledge of P&L, trade schemes, pricing, financial modelling, SAP/ERP, and advanced Excel; Power BI knowledge preferred.
