Role & responsibilities

• Timely raising tax invoice on the client
• Maintaining summary of debtor as per due date of collection
• Monitoring Cost over Billing
• Monitoring Cost over Collection
• Monitoring Cash Flow ( Inflow Outflow )
• Sales support at tender stage (Reading General & Special Condition)
• Observation on receipt of PO / WO
• Monitoring billing of the project
• Review of Budget Vs Actual performance ( Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly ) such as BBC
• Review of outstanding and receivable management
• Preparation of BBC report
• Preparation of Bank Guarantee and timely renewal. Collection of expired bank guarantee
• Preparation of Insurance and timely renewal
• Tracking statutory form
• Client meeting to resolve issue
• Co-ordinating for legal issue, if any
• Monitoring financial health of the project.
• Monitoring order for extra work / non BOQ item
• Preparation of project profitability statement
• Preparation of revenue statement
• Ensuring systematic flow of commercial function / operation
