Commercial Executive

Role & responsibilities:

1. Commercial Operations

• Prepare, review, and maintain contracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
• Monitor billing, invoicing, and payment schedules to ensure timely processing.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost control, and financial reporting for facility operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, negotiations, and compliance with company policies.

2. Administrative Support

• Oversee daytoday administrative activities at the facility site.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and site documentation.
• Handle correspondence, reports, and official communication with clients and internal departments.
• Ensure proper filing, recordkeeping, and document control in line with compliance standards.

3. Facility Management Coordination

• Support facility managers in tracking service delivery, maintenance schedules, and resource allocation.
• Liaise with housekeeping, security, and technical teams to ensure smooth site operations.
• Monitor adherence to safety, statutory, and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and compliance documentation for audits.

4. Client & Stakeholder Interaction

• Act as a point of contact for client queries related to commercial and administrative matters.
• Coordinate meetings, site visits, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure professional handling of client feedback and escalation of issues to management.
