Commercial Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and validate PDA/FDA as per SOPs and client requirements.
• Review Charter Party (CP) terms and identify applicable port costs.
• Ensure accuracy of port costs from enquiry to final reconciliation.
• Investigate DA discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Coordinate with clients, port agents, and internal teams to resolve queries.
• Monitor and report operational, customer, and agent KPIs.
• Ensure timely and accurate DA processing and compliance with established procedures.

Required Skills:

• Basic understanding of port operations and shipping terminology.
• Knowledge of PDA/FDA and DA reconciliation.
• Basic understanding of Charter Parties.
• Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
