About this role
Key Requirements
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Commercial Operations, Finance, or Accounts.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and commercial processes.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Proven experience in:
- Timely processing of Sales Orders, Outbound Deliveries (OBD), Collections, Adjustments, and Customer/Dealer Account Reconciliations.
- Issuance of Work Orders and validation of AMC contracts, purchase orders, and sales orders.
- Vendor invoice booking, payment processing, and vendor account reconciliations.
- Submission of invoices to customers and regular follow-up for collections and payment realization.
- Preparation and maintenance of monthly MIS reports, cash discount trackers, and other commercial dashboards.
- Credit control activities, including monitoring outstanding receivables, overdue accounts, payment defaults, and legal/compliance matters.
- Managing customer and dealer relationships through regular visits and effective coordination.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict timelines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions and reporting.
