Commercial Coordinator on Contract

Role & responsibilities

• Receive, verify, identify, label/barcode, and register faulty parts in SAP S/4HANA and C4C.
• Create vendor purchase orders (POs) and raise purchase requisitions (PRs) in SAP. Process vendor bills and submit the required documents to Finance.
• Handle related PO and delivery challan (DC) activities in SAP S/4HANA. Coordinate repair-part receipts, create repair orders, communicate with customers and FOs, manage SAP PR/PO activities and MM invoicing, process vendor bills, track exchange parts,
• Verify warranty/FOC/BL status, maintain documentation, and support repair-parts billing.
• Manage invoicing and DMR activities, and coordinate the dispatch of repaired parts.
• Maintain accurate bin/location records and reconcile physical stock with SAP records.
• Track repaired, pending, and irreparable parts, and support timely closure and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and operational reports. Ensure 5S compliance, proper storage, clear material identification, and complete documentation.
• Coordinate with Repairs, Commercial, customers, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma or graduate qualification with experience in commercial transactions and material handling.
• Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
