Commercial Coordinator - Dispatch and Logistics

Key Responsibilities

1. Dispatch Coordination

• Plan daily and weekly dispatches based on customer requirements and material availability.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, finance, quality, and transporters for smooth dispatch operations.
• Monitor delivery commitments and resolve dispatch-related issues.

2. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and transport documents.
• Ensure compliance with GST, transportation regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain dispatch records and proof of delivery (POD).

3. Material Verification & Loading

• Verify material quantity, part numbers, packaging, and labeling before dispatch.
• Ensure proper vehicle selection and safe loading practices.
• Coordinate loading activities with warehouse personnel.

4. ERP & Shipment Tracking

• Execute dispatch transactions in SAP/ERP systems.
• Track shipments and provide delivery updates to stakeholders.
• Follow up with transporters and customers for POD and delivery issues.

5. Coordination & Customer Support

• Communicate with customers/sales, transporters, warehouse teams, and internal departments.
• Resolve shipment delays, documentation issues, and logistics queries.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance dispatch efficiency.

Qualification

• Graduate or Diploma in Commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certification in Logistics or Supply Chain is an added advantage.

Experience

• 2 to 3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, commercial documentation, or supply chain operations.
• Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
• SAP/ERP experience desirable.
