Commercial Clearance - Officer Support

Role Overview:

The member joining this position will work at an experienced (Executive Level) and be part of a Commercial Clearance team in Chakan. This team-focused role will involve collaboration and support within a dynamic work environment. This is a customer Facing role wherein the member will interact with the customers ,Branch, Branch Engineers & various cross functional stakeholders, including teams from Manufacturing ,OPC, Commercial, FGS Stores, Collection team ensuring quick resolution of the issues to meet Clearance & Invoicing targets of the Organisation on a monthly Basis.
The Member will be responsible for Handling the OPSR of a particular division, Keep daily track of the Ready Material & the Schedule readiness of material within that month for Clearance. Primary role of the member will be for getting the payments & clearance of Orders & should take ownership of the Invoicing numbers projected for his/her division on a monthly basis.

Purpose of the Role:

To ensure ownership & accountability of the OPSR & Invoicing Numbers for the Division which he/she would work for. Keep Track of Ready material & ensure due followup done & timely payments / Clearance received.


Qualification and Requirements:

Should have excellent written & verbal Communication Skills
Should be fluent in English & Hindi Language.
Knowledge of Computers with prioficiency in MS Office.
