Job Summary
Wells Fargo is seeking a Commercial Banking Portfolio Coordinator.
Responsibilities - Review credit information of loans for companies and industries
- Respond to customer inquiries, generate status reports for management or bankers and contact available sources of information
- Perform moderately complex credit investigations on companies and industries
- Receive direction from Commercial Banking Portfolio Management supervisor and escalate noncompliant issues
- Ensure credit files are current
- Interact with the immediate team and Commercial Banking Portfolio Management functional area to review process of companies for providing credits
- 1+ year of financial analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Bachelor's Degree (Commerce Mandatory), equivalent background
- Excellent knowledge of MS office applications primarily MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong knowledge on accounting and finance, Industry analysis, Internal and external credit risk factors of the borrower
- Strong analytical skills, Quick Learner Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible to stretch as per business requirement
- Able to multi-task to accomplish tasks effectively.
- Ability to work quickly accurately while maintaining acceptable standards of workmanship
- Ability to recognize and escalate to management for any process breaches
- Highly motivated with strong organizational

- Should be flexible in switching roles in between Processors/DSO/QC at any point of time during the day/months as per business requirement

- Support in performing a variety of loan documentation duties on moderately complex loans / lease to ensure compliance with company's policies and procedures for loan products.
- Perform loan documentation for moderately complex loans / lease.
- Process and close for loan / lease products
- Interpret Loan Documentation policies while analyzing applicants, property, and documentation, ordering all required verifications, documentation, and subsequent follow ups
- Receive directions from Loan / lease Documentation supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
- Manage an assigned pipeline of loans and provide guidance and training to other Loan/ lease Documentation individuals
- Interact with immediate Loan/ lease Documentation team and functional area on routine process
