Job Description Commercial Assistant (Strategic Sourcing)

Role Summary:

Support strategic sourcing and procurement activities by managing PR/PO creation in SAP, vendor documentation, raw material amendments, spend analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage PRs/POs in SAP.
• Handle vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance records.
• Process RM amendments and maintain procurement data.
• Support spend analysis, reporting, and sourcing activities.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams for timely execution.
• Ensure accuracy of commercial and procurement records.

• SAP knowledge (PR/PO processing)
• Procurement & Vendor Management
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• MS Excel proficiency
• Good communication and coordination skills
