Role & Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate trip-level MIS reports, operational data, and self-invoicing.
• Manage customer and vendor invoicing, billing accuracy, and invoice reconciliation.
• Monitor sales, purchases, operational expenditures, and commercial transactions.
• Handle commercial contracts, agreements, addendums, and renewals.
• Perform GST, TDS, and other applicable tax reconciliations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure statutory and financial compliance.
• Prepare and monitor Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and commercial performance reports.
• Track customer payment collections, outstanding receivables, and vendor payments.
• Ensure proper authorization, documentation, and accountability for all payments.
• Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor trip-wise revenue, transportation costs, margins, and profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and customers to resolve commercial and billing issues.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly MIS reports and closure of accounts.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field; B.Com/M.Com/MBA Finance preferred.
• Relevant experience in commercial operations and accounts, preferably in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or 3PL.
• Strong knowledge of invoicing, billing, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and applicable statutory compliance.
• Experience in trip-level costing, self-invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Knowledge of P&L analysis, MIS reporting, and commercial cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, accounting software, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
