    • You will also contribute to the development and adoption of AI-enabled reporting solutions, ensuring outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with business needs.

    Requirements
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence, reporting, data analytics or a related field, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining reporting or analytics solutions.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience working with data models, data transformations and complex datasets; familiarity with BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or equivalent tools.
    • Experience building, maintaining and troubleshooting dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on data accuracy, quality, usability and performance.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate data discrepancies, identify root causes, and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities, organize work effectively, communicate progress and risks proactively, and deliver high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines.
    • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders across business, analytics, BI, and technology teams.
    • A structured, proactive, and detail-oriented approach, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to documentation and continuous improvement.
    • Interest in and practical curiosity about AI and automation, with the ability to identify opportunities to apply these technologies to reporting, data analysis and workflow optimization.
