Command Centre Analyst Admin

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor enterprise infrastructure, applications, and network services through command center tools.
• Identify, triage, and escalate critical incidents as per defined procedures.
• Coordinate bridge calls during major incidents and outages.
• Track incidents through resolution and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Analyze alerts and events to minimize service disruptions.
• Provide real-time status updates to stakeholders and management teams.
• Maintain incident logs, reports, and operational dashboards.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, application, and support teams for issue resolution.
• Support problem management activities by identifying recurring issues and trends.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes for Incident, Event, and Change Management.
