Command Center Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Command Centre Manager is responsible for centralized monitoring of branch operations, operational discipline, and escalation governance across the Gold Loan branches. The role ensures twice-daily branch coverage, EOD monitoring beyond 5:30 PM till closure, deviation tracking, cash movement, escalation management, and training oversight aligned to financial, operational & customer-centric.

• Financial monitoring & cash flow analytics capability
• Centralized command centre / surveillance exposure
• Root cause analysis & problem-solving ability
• Stakeholder coordination & escalation governance
• Strong communication skills (calls & mail discipline)
• Advanced Excel & MIS dashboard capability
• Ability to work in real-time, high-pressure monitoring environment
• Leadership capability to coordinate multi-regional team

Preferred candidate profile

NBFCs with exposure to centralized monitoring, Gold Loan operations, audit coordination, surveillance, or risk control functions
