JOB SUMMARY

Wissen Technology is hiring a Collibra Analyst to support the development, enhancement, and governance of enterprise data management capabilities using the Collibra Data Intelligence Platform. The role focuses on BCBS 239 remediation, Critical Data Element (CDE) governance, data lineage, workflow automation, and data quality management in a large-scale enterprise environment.

Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

• Collibra Data Intelligence Platform (8+ years in Data Governance implementations)
  

• Critical Data Element (CDE) Governance and Certification processes
  

• Data Lineage Management, Validation and Certification using Collibra
  

• BCBS 239 principles and regulatory data governance frameworks
  

• Collibra Workflow Design and Automation
  

• Metadata Management, Business Glossary and Technical Dictionary management
  

• Collibra Data Quality module implementation and dashboarding
  

Optional Skills (Good to Have)

• JIRA and Agile delivery methodologies
  

• Data Modeling and Metadata Architecture
  

• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge
  

• SQL and Data Analysis skills
  

• Reporting and KPI dashboard development
  

Professional Attributes & Qualifications

• Education: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA in IT, Computer Science, Finance, Business or related field
  

• Leadership: Experience collaborating with business and technology stakeholders across functions
  

• Ownership: Ability to independently drive governance initiatives and platform enhancements
  

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, written and verbal communication skills
  

• Ability to adapt to evolving business and regulatory requirements
  

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and enhance Collibra-based data governance solutions aligned with BCBS 239 requirements
  

• Define and manage CDE governance, certification workflows and governance controls
  

• Design and maintain data lineage validation and certification processes
  

• Develop and support Collibra Data Quality measurement frameworks and dashboards
  

• Partner with business data governance and technology teams to gather and translate requirements
  

• Maintain business glossaries, technical dictionaries, metadata relationships and reporting assets
  

• Create functional specifications, workflow designs, test scenarios and documentation
  

• Support testing, demonstrations, issue resolution and stakeholder knowledge transfer
