Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership to the college, ensuring academic excellence and administrative efficiency.
• Oversee the development and implementation of policies, programs, and initiatives that align with the institution's mission.
• Foster a culture of collaboration among faculty members, staff, students, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Ensure effective management of resources, including budgeting, fundraising, and resource allocation.

Job Requirements :

• Phd or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Minimum 20-30 years of experience as an Academic Director/Dean/Professor/Registrar in a reputed educational institution.
• Strong understanding of UL .NET framework for managing educational institutions.
