Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections operations to achieve targets, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers.
• Oversee team performance, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow management.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving collection rates, reducing delinquencies, and enhancing customer relationships.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products or services.
• Analyze data to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as DSO, days sales outstanding, etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-7 years of experience in Tele collections management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in collection management software applications(Dialer/CRM); knowledge of legal frameworks governing debt recovery processes an added advantage.
