Job Responsibilities

• Manage hard collection and recovery for delinquent unsecured loan accounts.
• Handle collection portfolios for Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL) and Credit Cards.
• Conduct field visits and follow up with customers for overdue payments.
• Drive timely resolution of delinquent and overdue accounts.
• Coordinate with collection agencies and internal teams wherever required.
• Track assigned accounts, payment commitments and recovery status.
• Maintain daily collection MIS and achieve assigned recovery targets.
• Ensure compliance with company collection and customer handling guidelines.
• Handle escalated and difficult customer cases professionally.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in hard collection / field collection / recovery.
• Experience in BL, PL, Credit Card or other unsecured loan collections preferred.
