Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of collection agents to achieve monthly targets for loan recoveries.
• Conduct field collections, negotiate with customers, and resolve disputes to minimize losses.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
• Develop strategies to improve customer relationships and reduce delinquencies.

Job Requirements :

• 6-8 years of experience as a Collections Manager or similar role in NBFC industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to handle difficult conversations with customers.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with banking processes.
