Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for debt recovery, loan collection, and NPA management.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delinquencies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and negotiate settlements when necessary.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of risk.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 4 years of experience in collections or related field (business loan, personal loans, supply chain finance).
• Strong knowledge of debt recovery processes, including unsecured loans and field collections.
• Proven track record in managing high-performing teams focused on loan recovery and NPA management.
