Collections Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team responsible for collecting payments from customers on time.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquencies and improve cash flow.
• Analyze customer credit reports to identify potential issues and develop targeted solutions.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, marketing) to resolve customer complaints and improve overall relationships.

Job Requirements :

• 7-13 years of experience in collections management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of personal loans, including underwriting guidelines and risk assessment techniques.
• Proven track record of successfully managing teams to achieve high levels of performance in a fast-paced environment.
