About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a team responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and visits.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to minimize delinquency rates and improve collection efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer complaints and issues related to loan disbursements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the collections process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-8 years of experience in collections management or a similar role in the banking industry.
- Strong knowledge of personal loans, unsecured loans, and other types of credit products offered by banks.
- Proven track record of achieving high levels of recovery success while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
