Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collection calls to customers for outstanding payments.
  
• Identify customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in collections or related field (collections, credit collection, debt recovery).
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written abilities.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Proficiency in collection management software and systems.
