Collection strategy- TW

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of collectors to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for two-wheeler loan portfolios.
• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize delinquencies and recover bad debts.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to optimize collection processes and improve results.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, operations) to resolve issues related to loan disbursements, repayments, or account maintenance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in collections management.
• Strong understanding of two-wheeler loan products and their lifecycle from origination to recovery.
• Proven track record of achieving high levels of performance in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
