Collection Strategist -FDPM

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize delinquency rates and maximize recoveries.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in the collections process and develop solutions.
• Analyze data using SQL to optimize collection processes, identify trends, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Design and maintain reports using bot tools to provide insights on collections performance.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of SQL programming language for data analysis.
• Experience with developing and implementing collections strategies that drive results.
• Proficiency in collection using bot or SAAS based platform.
•  Familiarity with platforms like Netcore, CleverTap, or MoEngage.
