### Eligibility Criteria

- *Experience:* 0-2 years in Banking Collections / Recovery / BPO

- *Education:* Graduation is mandatory

- *Certification:* DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certification is mandatory

### Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the collection and recovery team to achieve daily and monthly targets.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, and recovery metrics.

- Guide team members on customer follow-ups and overdue payment recovery.

- Handle escalated customer cases and resolve collection-related issues.

- Maintain accurate collection records, MIS reports, and documentation.

- Ensure professional customer communication and adherence to company policies and banking regulations.

*Salary will be as per industry standards and will depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, and interview performance.*
