Collection Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage collections from various channels such as HL, LAP, Field Collections, and Recovery.
  
• Ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts from customers through effective communication and negotiation skills.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities using Tally software.
  
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior management for resolution.
  
• Meet daily targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in collections or related field (BPO/Non-Voice).
  
• Strong knowledge of Collections process including HL, LAP, Field Collections, and Recovery.
  
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work under pressure.
  
• Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory; proficiency in other accounting software an added advantage.
