Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debt recovery operations through field collections, ensuring timely payment from customers.
  
• Conduct regular visits to customer premises to collect overdue payments and resolve issues.
  
• Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them during collection activities.
