Job Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers for overdue payments through calls and field visits.
• Manage soft collection activities for Home Loans (HL), LAP and other secured lending products.
• Maintain regular communication with customers regarding pending payments.
• Understand customer concerns and provide suitable payment solutions.
• Ensure timely collection and reduce portfolio overdue.
• Maintain accurate collection records and follow company processes.

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 6 months 1 year in Collections / NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
• Experience in secured lending collections will be preferred.
• Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel for field collection activities.
