Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage debt collection processes for NBFC clients, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
  
• Conduct hard bucket analysis to identify potential issues and develop strategies for resolution.
  
• Handle settlements with customers, negotiating payment plans or resolving disputes as needed.
  
• Monitor microfinance portfolios to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize defaults.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and improve overall collections performance.
