Collection Officer

Role & responsibilities

• Portfolio Management: Manage assigned loan accounts for timely collections.
• Customer Interaction: Contact customers via calls, visits, or letters to remind and recover overdue payments.
• Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of interactions, commitments, and payments collected.
• Field Visits: Conduct field visits to customers residences or businesses as needed.
• Compliance: Adhere to company policies and regulatory guidelines during recovery processes.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to Collection Manager on collection status and challenges.
